HVAC Rebates & Financing in Colorado
Utility and state incentives can lower the cost of a new heat pump or high-efficiency system. We'll tell you what your project qualifies for, file the rebate paperwork, and walk you through financing.
- Xcel Energy rebates
- Colorado heat pump incentives
- City and county programs
- Manufacturer promotions when available
Rebates are real money, if the system qualifies
Most rebates depend on the equipment's efficiency ratings and on correct sizing and installation. Programs change during the year and funding can run out, so we confirm current amounts and eligibility when we quote your project instead of listing numbers here that could be out of date.
Heat pumps usually qualify for the largest incentives. Because the system has to be sized correctly to qualify and to perform, we start every replacement with a Manual J load calculation.
- Confirm which programs you qualify for
- Quote equipment that meets the requirements
- Complete and submit the paperwork
- Give you copies of everything for your records
Flexible HVAC financing
A failed furnace in January or an AC in July is rarely a planned expense. We offer financing so you can choose the right system, not just the cheapest one.
Ask about current financing options when we quote your project, and we'll go over the terms with you before you decide.
- Options for replacements and major repairs
- Combine with available rebates
- Terms reviewed with you before you sign

Rebate & financing questions
Are there rebates for heat pumps in Colorado?
Yes. Xcel Energy and the State of Colorado have offered incentives for qualifying heat pumps, and some cities and counties run their own programs. Amounts and rules change during the year, so we confirm what's available when we quote your project.
Do I have to apply for rebates myself?
No. We confirm which rebates your system qualifies for and file the paperwork for you.
Can I combine rebates with financing?
In most cases, yes. We'll show you the price after available incentives along with your financing options.
Do rebates require a specific brand?
Most programs are based on efficiency ratings and proper installation rather than brand. We'll make sure the equipment we quote meets the program's requirements.
Do furnaces and air conditioners qualify for rebates?
Some high-efficiency equipment may qualify, but most of today's larger incentives are for heat pumps. We'll tell you what applies to your project.
