When your heating needs attention

Most heating failures give warning signs first. Catching them early usually means a smaller repair and avoids a no-heat call on the coldest night of the year.

  • Furnace blowing cold or lukewarm air
  • Short cycling on and off
  • Rooms that never warm up
  • Banging, squealing or rattling
  • A burning or gas smell
  • Rising gas bills with no change in use
  • Furnace over 15 years old

FAQ

Heating questions

Do you repair all furnace and heating brands?

Yes. We repair and maintain all major furnace, heat pump and boiler brands, and we install Bryant equipment as an authorized dealer.

Do you offer after-hours heating service?

Yes. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, and after-hours service is available. Call (720) 649-0515.

Should I choose a furnace or a heat pump?

It depends on your home, your gas and electric rates and available rebates. Many Colorado homes do well with a cold-climate heat pump or a dual-fuel system that pairs a heat pump with a gas furnace. We show you the options side by side.

How often should my furnace be serviced?

Once a year, ideally in the fall before the first cold snap. Both of our maintenance plans include a fall furnace visit.
