Maintenance plan questions
What does a maintenance plan cover?
Both plans cover your furnace and air conditioner with a spring AC maintenance visit and a fall furnace maintenance visit, a photo report after each visit and discounted repairs. Premium adds an in-depth checklist and extra protection.
What is the 6-month breakdown guarantee?
With Premium, there is no diagnostic fee for a breakdown on a covered system within six months of a maintenance visit, as long as the system was in top condition with no recommended repairs at that visit. Repair costs still apply.
What is priority emergency booking?
Premium members with no heat or no cooling are scheduled within 72 business hours, Monday through Friday. It excludes weekends, after-hours and company-closed days.
How does the replacement credit work?
Premium members earn a $50 credit for every year of maintenance, applied toward the future replacement of that unit. The credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
